The MKII Features an enlarged retention ring designed for use with two fingers for better dispersion of force when striking hard objects, and a relief cut intended for one or two fingers for better indexing.

The design criteria for this project are as follows:

AFFORDABLE – it must be affordable to appeal to as may people who would otherwise go without a LLOD tool
COMFORTABLE – no one will wear it if its uncomfortable and as a result a client won’t have it when they need it
SIMPLE – designed for a single purpose and made from quality materials that still allow for client customization (sharpening, adjusting curve angle, rounding off edges etc)
Waterjet cut Mild steel. Finished in Titanium OD Cerakote (by Kool Koatings).
